Privacy Policy
The Padel Directory Limited ("we", "us") operates the TPD Events app for event organisers, attendees, exhibitors and speakers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Integrations and sub-processors
TPD Events relies on the following services to deliver the app:
- Lovable Cloud — application hosting, database, authentication and file storage
- Lovable Emails / Mailgun — sending transactional and auth emails from
notify.tpd-events.co.uk - Stripe — payments for paid meeting slots and add-ons
- Humanitix — ticketing and attendee synchronisation for events sold via Humanitix
- The Padel Directory (Outseta) — optional Single Sign-On; when you sign in via TPD, your name and email are shared between TPD and TPD Events so we can link your account
- Cloudflare — content delivery, DNS and edge protection
Each provider processes only the personal data needed for that function.
Push notifications and biometrics
Push notifications and passkey/biometric sign-in are optional. You can enable or disable them at any time from your device settings or from Settings in the app. Biometric templates never leave your device — we only store the public part of the passkey.
Your rights (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, and delete your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).
You can exercise most of these directly in the app:
- Export a copy of your data — Settings → Export my data
- Delete your account — Settings → Delete my account
When you delete your account we remove your profile, connections, messages you sent, meetings, flags, reports and blocks. Attendee ticket records are retained by the event organiser as their record of the event, and financial records may be retained where the law requires.
For anything you can't do in the app, email ben@thepadeldirectory.co.uk.
Children
TPD Events is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page will always reflect the current version.
